Reapplication of FMCSA Authority Applications that have been "Dismissed" longer than 1 year by the FMCSA because insurance verification was not filed within 90 days of application date.
|
Detailed Description
FMCSA Authority Reapplication is for MC or FF applications that have been "Dismissed" for over 1 year by the FMCSA because the Insurance Verification and/or Designation of Process Agents were not filed. We will prepare and submit new applications to the FMCSA to reapply for your authority under your existing numbers. The total cost of $498 includes the FMCSA's $300 filing fee and Interstate Authority's $198 service fee to prepare and submit the new applications and payment for you.
Once the new applications are processed by the FMCSA, your original numbers will be reset to a “Pending” status for about 3 weeks. As long as your insurance and BOC-3 are on file by the end of the 3 weeks, your authority will go to an "ACTIVE" status at that time.
I'm ready to reinstate, now what?Simply click Add to Cart to add the service to your Service Cart. From there, just click the Checkout Now button to complete the reapplication process.
IRP -International Registration Plan is the registration required for vehicles over 26,000 pounds that cross state lines. Also known as Apportioned Plates and Prorate Account. IFTA is the fuel tax decals and license for the same vehicles.
